Welcome to Bentley Kitchens. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tailwaggingood.1radwebhost.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

The Site is operated by Bentley Kitchens (“Bentley Kitchens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can reach us at customerservice@bentleykitchens.com.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to make a purchase. If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Our Products

Our treats are single-ingredient dehydrated chicken treats made from USDA-inspected, boneless, skinless chicken breast. They contain no added salt, preservatives, or flavorings.

• Treats only: Our products are treats, not a complete diet. They should not replace your dog’s regular food.
• Supervise your dog: Always supervise your dog while it eats treats. Choose a treat size that suits your dog, and make sure fresh water is available.
• Allergies and health: If your dog has food sensitivities, allergies, or health conditions, ask your veterinarian before giving new treats. Stop feeding them and contact your vet if your dog has a bad reaction.
• Storage: Store treats in a cool, dry place and follow any storage directions on the package. Because the treats contain no preservatives, correct storage matters.
• Natural variation: Our treats are handmade from real chicken, so size, shape, and color vary from piece to piece. This is normal.

Product photos are for illustration only. We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not guarantee that every description or image is error-free.

4. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including orders that look fraudulent or that contain pricing errors.
• If we have to cancel an order after you’ve been charged, we will refund you in full.
• Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are added at checkout.

5. Payment

Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to the continental United States only. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once the carrier has your package, it is at risk of loss in transit. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days at customerservice@bentleykitchens.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our products are food, so we cannot accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund you. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a refund, at our discretion. You pay the return shipping unless the mistake was ours.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on the Site belongs to Bentley Kitchens or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. This includes text, photos, logos, graphics, and recipes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes:

• attempting unauthorized access
• interfering with how the Site works
• submitting false information
• using the Site for any unlawful purpose

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Bentley Kitchens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bentley Kitchens harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses that result from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, AZ.
